Return Eligibility

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be in unused, original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories included.

  • We do not accept returns on used, damaged, or altered items unless they arrived defective.

Return Process

  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

  3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if eligible.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (in the case of COD, this will be arranged via a separate method and confirmed by email).

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Late or Missing Refunds

Non-Returnable Items
