Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving confirmation.
You will receive an email notification once your order has been processed and handed over to our delivery partner.
We process orders from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Shipping Methods
We use reliable courier partners to ensure your order is delivered securely. Shipping methods may vary depending on your location to provide the best service possible.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Zev Trek currently offers Cash on Delivery (COD) as our payment method. You can pay in cash when your package is delivered to your doorstep.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package through the courier’s website.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect address or unavailability, our courier will usually make one or two additional attempts. If delivery is still not possible, the package may be returned to us.

Delivery Confirmation
We recommend inspecting your package upon delivery. If there are any issues such as visible damage or missing items, please notify us within 48 hours by emailing [email protected] with your order details and relevant photos if necessary.
